Oh deer!
Bambi just celebrated its 75th anniversary, but being old isn’t always a bad thing.
In honor of the film turning 3/4 of a century, Animal Kingdom is offering a slew of special opportunities including character meet-and-greets, magic shots and other Photopass opportunities from August 25-August 27.
Thumper and Miss Bunny will be meeting guests outside of Conservation Station at Rafiki’s Planet Watch from 10:20am-4:00pm.
Wildlife experts will also be at Rafiki’s Planet Watch, teaching about some animals you might see in the original film Bambi.
Magic shots include a picture featuring Flower, Thumper and Bambi rolling around on the ground. Another picture features a butterfly that guests can have fluttering on their fingers.
Lastly, there’s a special ’75th Anniversary’ cutout celebrating Bambi that guests will be able to pose with. These cutouts can be found with numerous Photopass photographers.
Animal Kingdom will celebrate Bambi from August 25-August 27.
