With a number of live-action remakes simultaneously in the works, Disney has finally found their director to lead the reimagining of Sword in the Stone.
Juan Carlos Fresnadillo, a Spanish film director who’s also worked on projects like 28 Weeks Later, will be leading the way with newly appointed writer Bryan Cogman.
While still filling out empty roles for this film, Disney is also working on live-action reboots of Mulan, Aladdin, Winnie the Pooh, The Little Mermaid, The Lion King, Dumbo, Aladdin and more.
I think they can have a good story from this one.
