Yes, the beloved lobster nachos will return… but there will also be new items to sink your teeth into.
Potato Skins – crispy Yukon potatoes seasoned with brown butter-caper yogurt, smoked paprika aïoli, and Manchego cheese.
Carne Asada Roll – The special ingredients in this sushi include New York grilled strip steak, roasted Fresno chili salsa, escabeche, and crema.
Spinach Salad – Vegetarian dish composed of curly spinach with warm wild mushrooms, a soft poached egg, charred onion vinaigrette, shiitake “bacon,” and blue cheese toast.
Chicken Sandwich – Crispy chicken doused in spicy chili glaze, vinegar slaw, and pineapple butter—all in between an Amish bun and served with malted fries.
