Disney is bringing out the big guns when its exclusive streaming service launches next year.
According to Variety, the service will bring some of Marvel’s heroes and villains to the platform with their own content.
These series will likely include shows centered on Loki and the Scarlet Witch, along with other beloved superheroes who have yet to appear in their own standalone movies.
It’s also expected that the actors who played these Marvel stars will reprise their roles in these exclusive shows.
Each series is expected to include six to eight episodes. Marvel Studios will produce the shows and Kevin Feige, the guru of all things MCU, is expected to take a hands-on role in their development.
The Disney Streaming Service will have other exclusive content from the brand, like new live-action Lady and the Tramp and High School Musical films.
It’s set to launch in 2019.
