It always feels like summertime at Walt Disney World and what better way to cool off than with a nice ice cream cone.

Magic Kingdom is expanding its menu by rolling out three character-inspired ice cream cones… and we tried them all.

Hei Hei Cone

Description: a combo of pineapple (Dole Whip) and raspberry soft-serve ice cream garnished to depict the clumsy rooster from Moana. The cone features a sour ribbon candy on top as well as two chocolate eyes.

Location: Aloha Isle in Adventureland

Verdict: Great combination of flavors; recommended.

The Lost Princess Cone

Description: Tart lemon soft-serve covered in edible flowers and a bright purple cone resembling Rapunzel.

Location: Storybook Treats in Fantasyland

Verdict: This is also a great addition to the location’s existing menu. While the ice cream is tart, it’s refreshing. As for the flowers… well, just because it’s edible it doesn’t mean you should eat it.

Adventure is Out There Cone

Description: Mango soft-serve topped with chocolate perils stuck together to resemble Carl’s house flying away like in Pixar’s Up.

Location: Auntie Gravity’s in Tomorrowland

Verdict: This is by far the least enticing character cone of the three. While the mango ice cream was sweet and tasty– the product as a whole was not.
