Avengers: Endgame’s historic run continues in its second weekend at the box office.
Marvel Studios’ blockbuster film has crossed the $2 billion mark at the global box office, earning an estimated worldwide gross of $2.189 billion in just 11 days of release—the fastest any film has reached this threshold.
Avengers: Endgame is now one of just five films ever to earn more than $2 billion globally, joining its predecessor Avengers: Infinity War as the second Marvel Studios film on the list; and, with Star Wars: The Force Awakens, it becomes the third release from The Walt Disney Studios to achieve this milestone.
Here are the current global rankings:
- Avatar ($2.788B)
- Avengers: Endgame ($2.189B)
- Titanic ($2.187B)
- Star Wars: The Force Awakens ($2.068B)
- Avengers: Infinity War ($2.048B)
According to Disney, records continue to fall overseas.
