Here’s What You Can Do if You Have Tickets to Hong Kong Disneyland

Shanghai Disney Resort and Hong Kong Disneyland has closed their gates indefinitely as the deadly coronavirus, which originated in Asia, spreads across the globe.

Shanghai Disney Resort is allowing guests to reuse their tickets in the future, as we described in a previous blog post, and now we’re showing you what to do if you have tickets to Hong Kong Disneyland.

The park posted on Facebook about the closure and tells guests their tickets will be valid for six months.

Anyone who needs additional help can email the park at guest@hongkongdisneyland.com.
