A crew member aboard a Disney cruise ship anchored near Cape Canaveral was rescued on Wednesday by the Coast Guard.
According to WESH, Coast Guard officials said a 43-year old man on the Disney Fantasy had a heart attack Wednesday morning.
A Coast Guard vessel brought the man into Port Canaveral and an ambulance took him to a hospital.
The ships often have crews of more than 1,000, and they often live aboard the ship. Some of them cannot go onshore much because they’re not U.S. citizens.
Disney Cruise Line operations have been suspended since mid-March due to the coronavirus outbreak.
