Coronavirus: Disney Freezes Annual Passholder Payments & Offers Partial Refunds

Walt Disney World and Disneyland Passholders are unable to go to the parks during the coronavirus outbreak, and due to the uncertainty of when the parks will open, Disney is freezing all monthly payments.

Disney will stop collecting payments starting April 5. Disney will also refund payments that were collected between March 14 and April 4.

Passes will not be extended and instead expire on their original expiration date.

Passholders who paid in full will be given the option of either extending their pass or receiving a refund for the amount of days the parks were closed.
