Bob Iger has been a busy man during the coronavirus pandemic.

He’s working to get Disney back on track, he’s joined California’s task force to reopen the economy and now we’re learning he was recently on a phone call with NBA officials about the problems the league is dealing with.

According to USA Today, Iger spoke to league owners about how the company has dealt with its theme parks, theaters and ESPN since the crisis began.

When  NBA owners asked Iger about timelines for continuing operations, NBA Commissioner Adam Silver said  Iger stressed one thing. “It’s about the data, and not the date.”

Much like the NBA, Disney Parks have not set a timeline for reopening.

Walt Disney World and Disneyland have been closed since mid-March.
