Hours after Walt Disney World presented their plan to reopen the parks, the booking website posted that non-DVC hotels would open with the parks on July 11th.

Disney is now saying that hotels were not meant to be lumped into the July 11th master plan.
Scott Gustin of Nextar says Disney confirmed the mistake:
Disney did not announce a new date.
Disney Vacation Club hotels will reopen June 22.
