Disney+ continues its expansion around the globe and has just launched in Japan.
The streaming service costs $6.49 (¥700) per month.
Disney+ will also replace the existing Japanese streaming platform, Disney Deluxe, with existing subscribers will be automatically transferred over to Disney+.
Disney+ will include more than 500 feature films and 100 series from franchises including Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars and National Geographic such as Frozen, Aladdin, Captain Marvel, Toy Story and many more. It will also include Disney+ Originals.

Disney will be holding a special online event on Sunday, June 14th at 5pm local time, which will include some exclusive videos.
