Hong Kong Disneyland has reopened its gates in the midst of a pandemic.
However, coronavirus closure didn’t seem to halt construction on the park’s reimaginated castle.
Hong Kong Disneyland has been working on the “Castle of Magical Dreams” for more than a year.
Originally, the park featured Sleepy Beauty’s castle but due to a multi-billion dollar renovation plan, a new castle is nearing completion.
The castle pays homage to each Disney princess’s story through architecture.
Disney revealed a new look at the in-progress castle as Hong Kong Disneyland reopened their gates today.
Hong Kong Disneyland’s massive, multi-billion dollar overhaul also includes a new Frozen expansion and other new attractions.
