Disney cast members around the globe are taking part in International Yoga Day.
Disney Parks shared photos of Mickey Mouse and Disney Ambassadors finding their zen this morning.
Disney’s Chief Medical Officer Dr. Pamela Hymel also got in on the action.
“It is a day that reminds us to slow down, breathe, and focus our attention inward,” shared Dr. Hymel. “Now more than ever, it’s important for us to focus on our wellbeing.”
