Some Walt Disney World Annual Passholders who are on the monthly payment plan were erroneously charged for the duration of the closure on Friday.
Now Disney is reversing the transactions.
According to Spectrum News, a Disney spokesperson said:
“Passholders on the monthly payment program were incorrectly charged today. We are in the process of reversing these charges and apologize for the inconvenience this caused.”
The problem stemmed from an update to Disney’s system, which then prompted an autopayment from Passholders on the monthly plan.
As we mentioned, Disney is working to reverse these payments.
