Nearly 6,700 Walt Disney World employees are being laid off as part of the 28,000 announced by Disney Parks on Tuesday.
According to a filing with the state, the layoffs will begin December 4th and will impact nonunion workers.
The cuts are expected to impact numerous locations, such as Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Walt Disney Imagineering, shopDisney and more.
The exact positions (i.e attractions, cashiers, lifeguards) were not listed.
The company says the 28,000 cuts are all happening in the U.S.
