Walt Disney World Cast Members who are fully vaccinated can now go maskless while working outdoors.
Walt Disney World President Jeff Vahle made the announcement on Friday.
The update in policy is only for Cast Members who are fully vaccinated and work outdoors. Those who have either received only one dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine or work indoors are not able to go maskless at this time.
Last week, Walt Disney World also updated guidelines for guests. Guests who are fully vaccinated can remove their face coverings in most locations, except during public transport. Those who are not fully vaccinated are still asked to wear face coverings.
