Disney+ has set the premiere date for “The Book of Boba Fett.”
The new live-action “Star Wars” series will debut Dec. 29, 2021.
“The Book of Boba Fett” is described as “a thrilling ‘Star Wars’ adventure” that finds legendary bounty hunter Boba Fett and mercenary Fennec Shand navigating the Galaxy’s underworld when they return to the sands of Tatooine to stake their claim on the territory once ruled by Jabba the Hutt and his crime syndicate.
The live-action Lucasfilm-produced “Star Wars” series stars Temuera Morrison and Ming-Na Wen.
News of the series “The Book of Boba Fett” was first revealed via a post-credits scene in the Season 2 finale of the Pedro Pascal-led “The Mandalorian”.
