Governor Ron DeSantis says Phase 2 of his reopening Florida plan will begin Friday June 5th.
During a press conference Wednesday at Universal Studios Orlando, Governor DeSantis outlined the plan which allows even more businesses and eateries to reopen.
Restaurants can now seat people at a bar, and bars and pubs can open at 50% capacity.
Retail establishments may operate at full capacity, movie theaters and bowling alleys can open at 50% capacity.
Restaurants and gyms that had been operating at 50% capacity are now allowed to open at full capacity, given that social distancing is in place.
